DIRECTIONS

Take one spray daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Research has found that underneath the tongue or on the inside of the cheek are the best areas for absorption. Does not have to be taken with food or at a set time of day, find a time. Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
