Delivery Charges

We ship with An Post.

We do not ship outside of Ireland.

Get all your shopping (up to 10 kg ) hand-picked, packed, and shipped at cost €4.99.

We will dispatch your order within 1- 5 working days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock.

Although deliveries within Ireland are mostly delivered next-day after dispatch!, please allow 3-4 days for delivery to allow for weekends.

Out of Stock Items

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and offer you an alternative product or hold your order until the item arrives ( usually it takes 2-3 days). We will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Packaging policy- environmentally friendly!

Our primary aim is to deliver our products to you intact and in the best condition, so we need to use a bit extra to ensure your products arrive safely. To remain as environmentally friendly as possible, it is our intention to re-use as much of this packaging as possible.

For this we re-use boxes, cardboard, biodegradable loose fill and bubble wrap from our suppliers as packaging.

Click & Collect Orders

Our Click and Collect service is available in our Health and Vitality Shop at Cornmarket Street, Cork. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Orders must be picked up within 3 days after receiving this email.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer you a refund on any item purchased (provided it is unopened and in perfect condition, with the original packaging also in perfect condition) within 21 days of receipt, should it be unsuitable. You need to pay for the return postage. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and please email us when you are returning something, and please include your full name and order number. Please note that the initial postal charge won’t be returned.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In the event when item arrives broken, we will need a photo as a proof. Please contact us and we will post you a prepaid stamp/envelope.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, please pack safely to prevent damage during shipping.

Your return will be processed upon receipt of goods and your refund will be completed within appox 10 days, depending on your bank. If after 28 days you haven’t received a refund please contact us.
