Spray on the body and massage well into the skin. Ideal after showering and before sleep. Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply whenever needed. For night-time cramping. Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. If your sleep is disrupted, apply 2 – 3 sprays of Magnesium Oil Goodnight Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.
